Chloé’s Fall 2026 Collection: A Night of Connection and Community

Ever since Chemena Kamali took over as Chloé’s creative director in 2023, a strong sense of community has permeated the brand. The label “Chloé Girl” has also taken on a covetable new meaning, as fans of the house—and shoppers around the world—wholeheartedly embraced her effortlessly romantic designs that ushered the boho sensibility back to the fashion zeitgeist.

On Thursday morning, the Chloé Girls assembled once more—joined by none other than Oprah!—as Kamali presented her Fall 2026 collection at Maison de l’UNESCO; a United Nations headquarters destined for the exchange of ideas. This repeat of venue felt like a deeper commitment to dialogue and collaboration; a decision to keep the conversation going. It also set the tone for a folk-inspired collection that, per the house’s press notes, served as a reflection on “fashion not as escape, but as connection.”

That theme certainly extended beyond the runway and right into the night. At 8 p.m., guests arrived at Le Grand Café for the traditional post-show dinner fete. Speaking of continuity—the ornate restaurant inside the Grand Palais is designed by architect Joseph Dirand, the mastermind behind Chloé’s Parisian flagship store. “What I like about these dinners is having a moment to really connect with everyone in an intimate environment, where everyone can just let go and let everything sink in,” Kamali told Vogue. “As community spirit was an important foundation of the show and the collection, it felt extra special to be together.

Models Jessica Miller and Julia Stegner had traded their long-sleeve, prairie-esque runway looks for party-forward sleeveless lace dresses. “Chemena makes women feel beautiful, strong, and, at the same time, soft. And she can put all of that in one show and one collection,” praised Stegner. “It’s so fun for us—as models, as women—to be a part of the Chloé family and walk on her catwalk, because you actually feel that on the runway.” Miller agreed: “Being a part of this is really special. There’s a lot of love there, a lot of passion, and a lot of empathy—I wish all models could get to feel that.”

That sense of sisterhood flowed through the evening, as guests exchanged hugs and kisses and danced to the sound of a live band. Recent campaign stars Aimee Lou Wood and Anna Tanaka were there, as was Brooke Shields, who featured on the designer’s inspiration board (alongside seminal images of Kate Bush and Joni Mitchell). Alexa Chung, who walked in the Fall 2025 show, returned to the front row and dinner table. And Neneh Cherry, whose 1996 hit Woman had been in the soundtrack for the show, had come along with her daughter, the singer Mabel.

“When you make something, you kind of put it away somewhere,” Cherry said. “Woman brought out in the context that it was today; it was just such a treat.” Mabel called the show one of her favorites. “Sometimes fashion shows can be surface-level. Chemena always has a way to hit underneath the surface, which I find is so powerful,” she mused. “The combination of her designs and the music always make me feel something, and today, it was particularly good.” Tanaka, a Japanese model and singer based in South Korea, agreed. “I felt the vibe of the show was different from the previous ones,” she said. “It was really beautiful.”

Love Story’s Dree Hemingway—who has been integral to the Chloé family since becoming a fragrance campaign face over a decade ago—was thinking about her wishlist already. “It feels like a Chloé that we love but have also never seen before,” she said of the new collection. “There’s a familiarity of home—like, ‘Oh, I know this woman,’ but also a complete mystery—like she just completely surprised you in the most magical way.”

The enveloping Belle Époque ambience carried through the meal, much of it served—in true Chloé manner—family-style. “This place is really enchanting, with all its beautiful art, sculptures, and pillars,” said Pat Cleveland, who called the whole day a “fairy tale” experience. “If I were an artist, I’d have everyone pose in these outfits and turn it into a beautiful painting.”

As the night stretched past midnight, guests huddled and chatted long after the last spoonfuls of chocolate mousse were served. “What I love seeing Chloé on all the different guests, and how everyone makes Chloé their own,” Kamali reflected. “Tonight feels like you’re going to a friend’s dinner. This is what matters most to me: Nothing is forced.”
