A batch of cheese from Goodfood Group Limited is being recalled due to the potential presence of Listeria bacteria.
Food Safety has identified the affected product as a 200-gram packet of Emborg Emmentaler cheese with a best before date of 5 November.
This cheese was imported from Germany and distributed in supermarkets nationwide.
Consumers are urged to either return the cheese to the place of purchase for a refund or dispose of it safely.
Food Safety has confirmed that there have been no reports of illness associated with this recall.
