In a surprising legal move, Roberts has demanded that Hunter, 55, be jailed for failing to comply with a court order regarding their daughter’s choice of his artwork.
Roberts has revived a 2019 child support case in Arkansas, asserting she has “reached out to Mr. Biden numerous times” to encourage communication with their daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, but he has “in classic, clueless form, refused to respond.”
RadarOnline.com has learned from court filings that in 2023, Biden agreed to provide their daughter with “a specific number of paintings he had created, and she had selected” in an effort to lower his child support obligations.
However, despite the court order, the child has “received some paintings, but they were the ones chosen by Mr. Biden,” as noted in the lawsuit. Lunden, 34, is urging the judge to enforce the agreement, emphasizing that Biden’s art “will be her only real connection to her father and her only inheritance from him.”
