On the closing night of the Fallas festival in Valencia, eastern Spain, large effigies of President Donald Trump were set ablaze.
These satirical representations, known as ninots, were consumed by flames in a dramatic finale to the annual celebration, where mocking Trump has been a recurring theme for years.
This year, Trump was caricatured in several grotesque sculptures displayed throughout the city, often depicted alongside Russian President Vladimir Putin and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The burning of these effigies took place amid rising tensions between Trump and the Spanish government, which has expressed disapproval of his actions regarding Iran and resisted his demands to increase defense spending.
