The police have concluded their interview concerning allegations involving Noah Beck’s sister, Haley Beck, and an alleged relationship with another student.
“We have completed the interview with the reporting party and are continuing to follow up on all leads,” a spokesperson for the Peoria Police Department in Arizona said in a statement to Us Weekly on Tuesday, May 5. “We take all reports of potential criminal activity seriously and are working to determine the facts.”
Earlier this month, the Peoria Police Department told Us they were “looking into” accusations regarding a possible inappropriate relationship between 27-year-old Haley and a second student. Authorities noted they were acting on information provided by a woman who based her claim on a TikTok video.
Police emphasized that these are “simply allegations” and nothing has been confirmed.
Us reached out to Noah’s representatives for comment but received no response.
Haley, who taught at Centennial High School in Peoria, Arizona, became the focus of media attention last month after accusations of grooming a student surfaced. The Peoria Unified School District conducted an investigation into the claims. Following the independent investigation, Haley was dismissed for having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
“After reviewing the investigator’s findings, the decision maker determined that Ms. Beck groomed a student,” a school district spokesperson stated. “[She had] a sexual relationship with that student, leading to her recommended termination.”
As per an official police report obtained by Us post Haley’s dismissal, she allegedly exchanged multiple overtly sexual text messages with a student. A spokesperson for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office informed People on April 29 that Haley’s case was “still under review” after the Peoria Police Department resubmitted its pandering charge recommendation.

The Beck family has faced multiple controversies recently. In April, Noah and Haley’s mother, Amy Beck, was placed on administrative leave from Coyote Hills Elementary School in Peoria, Arizona.
The Peoria Unified School District informed Us that a notice was sent to parents of students in Amy’s class, explaining her leave was taken “out of an abundance of caution.” While Amy is also being investigated, it was clarified that the situation does “not impact the safety” of the students. Although the reason for her leave was not disclosed, the timing coincided with a resurfaced video of her simulating oral sex with Noah.
Us confirmed Amy would resume work on Monday, May 4. The school and district addressed concerns regarding videos released in 2020, ensuring that “appropriate measures have been taken.”
