With around 900 guests in attendance, the party reportedly turned into a drug-fueled orgy, with most guests partaking in the alleged activities. Haight described Combs as being “wasted” during the event, adding to the chaos of the night.
To ensure the safety of the property, Haight agreed to stay on-site while the party was in full swing, offering to be on-call if needed. Combs and his team were reportedly unconcerned about the cost of the event, taking out an insurance policy to cover any potential damages or losses, including loss of life.
Combs even came prepared with his own smoke detectors, showing just how seriously he took the safety precautions for the event. Despite the wild nature of the party, it seems that Combs was determined to make sure everything went smoothly.
