Prepare your baker boy caps as an immersive “Peaky Blinders” experience is set to arrive in London, U.K. The event, titled “Peaky Blinders Underworld,” will immerse visitors into the clandestine criminal realm of Thomas Shelby (portrayed by Cillian Murphy in the series) and his notorious gang through interactive gameplay, live performances, and encounters led by actors.
Fans can explore notable locations such as the Shelby family’s renowned pub, the Garrison Tavern, offering live music, refreshments, and snacks. Other stops include The Bookies, Chinatown, and The Small Heath Fairground.
Visitors will have the chance to join the Peaky Blinders, but only after demonstrating their capabilities. Additionally, there is a gift shop for taking home memorabilia.
The event is produced by KMJ Entertainment in collaboration with Banijay Rights and is scheduled to open in August at Arches London Bridge.
“‘Peaky Blinders Underworld’ offers more than just a re-creation of the Shelby family’s environment; it’s a broader destination,” stated Steven Knight, the creator of “Peaky Blinders.” He added that the venue allows fans to engage with the series in a new way, while newcomers to the show will also find plenty to enjoy.
The series is produced by Banijay U.K.’s Kudos and Garrison Drama labels and can be viewed on the BBC in the U.K. and Netflix globally.
Earlier this year, a standalone film, “Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man,” was released. Two future series, featuring the next generation of the gang with Jamie Bell and Charlie Heaton, are currently being produced in Birmingham, the show’s setting, and are anticipated for release in 2027 and 2028.
