The conversation unfolded during last year’s episode of “New Heights,” where James appeared as a guest after inking a two-year contract with the Philadelphia 76ers, following his eight-season stint with the Los Angeles Lakers. During the show, Jason Kelce referenced an old tweet that doubted James’ longevity in the NBA.

Travis Kelce added to the discussion, noting that the same account repeated the joke when James turned 40.
“You want to know what’s funny? When I turned 40, the same f**ing guy said LeBron turned 40. This f**ing won’t go on much longer,” James said.
Travis found the situation hilarious, calling it “f***ing gold.”
“He’s going to be really upset when I turn 50,” James added.
Travis Kelce is a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, while Jason Kelce played center for the Philadelphia Eagles before retiring.

LeBron James took to social media to explain his decision to join the 76ers.
“This is my last decision. I’m not going for money. I’m not going for family. What am I really playing for at this point? I still want to sacrifice. I still want to work. I still want to grind. I still want to compete, to win and to have a chance at the feeling of winning another championship,” James wrote.
“I believe I can help make the Philadelphia 76ers a championship team and I am so excited to energize a new fan base and start this incredible journey one last time.”
LeBron James, now 41, is set to embark on his 24th NBA season, teaming up with Joel Embiid, Tyrese Maxey, and Jaylen Brown in Philadelphia.
