A recent update regarding Joe’s health was shared by his wife, Jill Biden, 75, during her appearance on SiriusXM’s Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa. Jill provided insights into her husband’s medical condition, detailing the challenges they face.
“He’s doing okay,” Jill stated, addressing the difficulties linked to Joe’s diagnosis and treatment.
She elaborated that while some individuals with stage 4 prostate cancer may achieve a cure, Joe’s situation is more complex due to the progression of the disease.
“When we got out, he was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer. And, for anyone who’s listening, really, that diagnosis – you can be cured, and you can go through radiation or whatever. You can be cured, and you’ll be fine,” she explained.
However, Jill added, “Unfortunately for Joe, it metastasized to his bones,” indicating that he will have to live with cancer indefinitely.
