The famous house from the “Breaking Bad” TV series is now for sale in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The owners hope its connection to the show will attract buyers willing to pay top dollar. The legacy of the show continues to draw fans to the neighborhood, and even the governor of New Mexico enlisted the character of Walter White in a campaign against littering.

The house has been a family home for over 50 years, but with the passing of the parents, the family has decided to sell. The home was used for filming scenes from the pilot episode of “Breaking Bad,” and the family has fond memories of meeting the cast and crew.

Despite the median housing price in Albuquerque nearing $400,000, the home is listed for just under $4 million due to its association with the popular TV series. Online real estate calculators estimate its value at around $340,000, but the “Breaking Bad” connection adds significant value.
