Daredevil Returns to the MCU in “Born Again” Series
Marvel fans, rejoice! Daredevil is making a triumphant return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming TV series, “Daredevil: Born Again,” set to premiere on Disney+ on March 4, 2025.
This gritty, street-level Marvel series will serve as the official reintroduction of Charlie Cox’s Daredevil and his ensemble of characters from the original Netflix series. Following his appearances in “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law,” “Echo,” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” Cox’s Daredevil is back in action, alongside familiar faces like Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin and Jon Bernthal’s Punisher.
The logline for “Daredevil: Born Again” teases a collision course between Matt Murdock (Cox) and Wilson Fisk (D’Onofrio), as their past identities resurface, leading to a showdown in the streets of New York.
Returning cast members include Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna, and Wilson Bethel as Poindexter. New additions to the cast include Michael Gandolfini, Margarita Levieva, and Jeremy Earl.
Behind the scenes, showrunner Dario Scardapane leads an impressive lineup of executive producers, including Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige. The series features direction from Michael Cuesta, Jeffrey Nachmanoff, David Boyd, and Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead.
