Denver authorities are still on the lookout for information regarding the tragic fatal shooting of a 42-year-old man in Capitol Hill that occurred a year ago.
Lyle “Alex” Kerr was sitting in a vehicle near East Seventh Avenue and North Lincoln Street at around 9 p.m. on Jan. 23, 2024, when an unknown individual approached and opened fire on him and another man inside the vehicle.
The perpetrator fled on foot, as reported by the Denver Police Department. Kerr succumbed to his injuries on April 21.
