According to TechRadar, the OnePlus Watch 3 will feature Wear OS 5 along with a secondary operating system, setting it apart with an impressive battery life of up to 120 hours. This puts it ahead of competitors like the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.
The key to this extended battery performance lies in the innovative dual-chipset system that combines the Snapdragon W5 and BES2800 MCU. This setup intelligently switches between the power-hungry Wear OS 5 and the energy-efficient Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) to optimize power consumption.
Celina Shi, the CMO of OnePlus Europe, highlighted the watch’s larger 631mAh Silicon NanoStack Battery, a significant upgrade from its predecessor’s 500mAh cell.
