Bayley Continues Dominance in WWE, Sets Sights on NXT Rivalry
Bayley has been making waves in WWE as she continues her quest for championship gold and top rivalries on The Road to WrestleMania 41. Recently, she used throwback photos to taunt a key rival and now she’s at it again as she prepares for a first-time-ever showdown.
The fan-favorite superstar made a surprise return to NXT to face off against Roxanne Perez, which sparked a feud with Cora Jade. During the NXT episode on January 28, Bayley teamed up with NXT Women’s Champion Giulia to defeat Jade and Perez in a tag team match.
In a bold move, Bayley previously taunted The Prodigy with a scathing message and a throwback photo from when a 14-year-old Perez met her at an autograph signing. Taking to Instagram, she didn’t hold back in insulting Jade ahead of their highly-anticipated match, posting a graphic for Bayley vs. Jade and issuing a warning to NXT’s Resident Mean Girl.
“Years in the making. You gon learn today little idiot. #wwenxt @wwenxtonthecw,” Bayley captioned the post alongside the photos.
The upcoming NXT episode promises to be action-packed as it serves as the go-home show for Saturday’s Vengeance Day PLE. In addition to the Bayley vs. Cora Jade match, fans can expect to see other exciting matchups, including Hank and Tank vs. No Quarter Catch Crew vs. Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura in a Triple Threat, Heritage Cup Champion Lexis King defending against TNA star JDC (formerly known as Fandango), and a Steel Cage match with North American Champion Tony D’Angelo defending against Ridge Holland.
As Bayley continues to make her mark in WWE, fans can’t help but be excited for what’s to come in her rivalry with Cora Jade and the potential for more unforgettable moments on the road to WrestleMania 41.
