Istanbul:

Turkey has strongly condemned Israel’s recent deadly strikes in Gaza, describing them as a continuation of its “genocide policy” and a violation of international law. The Turkish foreign ministry issued a statement criticizing the Netanyahu government for its actions, which resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Palestinians.

According to reports, Israel intensified its attacks on Gaza, resulting in over 330 casualties, despite a ceasefire in place since January 19. Hamas, the ruling authority in Gaza, has not yet responded to these strikes.

Turkey, a vocal critic of Israel’s actions in Gaza, called on the international community to take a firm stand against the Israeli government. The ministry emphasized the need for peace and stability in the region and expressed concern over the escalating violence caused by Israel’s actions.

The statement from the foreign ministry highlighted the gravity of the situation, stating that Israel’s aggression defies humanity and poses a threat to the future of the region. Turkey urged Israel to halt its actions and called for a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
