Recent revelations about Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 gang member from El Salvador, have stirred considerable controversy, particularly among Democratic circles and the corporate media. The latest report raises eyebrows, revealing a troubling episode from December 2022.

The Tennessee Star reported on Wednesday that Abrego Garcia was accused of human trafficking during a traffic stop by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer. The officer claimed that he caught Abrego Garcia in the act of transporting seven individuals from Texas to Maryland. To add to the mix, Abrego Garcia was found to be driving without a valid license, which led to his detention.

Upon apprehending Abrego Garcia, the THP reached out to the FBI for guidance. In what can only be described as a baffling directive, the FBI instructed the officers to release him—a decision that raises significant questions about the prioritization of public safety over individual rights. The THP complied, allowing a potentially dangerous individual to walk free.

The situation escalates further with reports suggesting that Abrego Garcia was allegedly on a TERRORIST WATCH LIST at the time of his release. This revelation implies that the Biden administration may have permitted a suspected terrorist to evade custody, a point that cannot be overlooked.

From The Tennessee Star:

One source informed The Star that the THP discovered Abrego Garcia was listed on a terrorist watch list but was unable to find him on any deportation records. Another source suggested that it was one of Abrego Garcia’s passengers who might have been flagged on the watch list.

The THP subsequently contacted the FBI, led at the time by Christopher Wray, who instructed the officers to take photographs of all eight individuals in the vehicle and document its contents. After this documentation was completed, the FBI requested that THP release all the individuals, and the officers complied.

As readers may recall, the Trump administration had previously deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia back to El Salvador, asserting that he had entered the U.S. illegally in 2011 and was a confirmed MS-13 gang member—rendering him a designated foreign terrorist. This action followed two court rulings that reinforced the administration’s stance.

Although the Supreme Court mandated the Trump administration to ‘facilitate’ Abrego Garcia’s return, he remains in El Salvador. This is due to President Nayib Bukele’s refusal to accept him back into the United States, arguably a rare instance of a foreign leader asserting control over immigration policies that affect their nation.
