With Gaga’s addition to the cast, Wednesday season 2 is shaping up to be a thrilling and star-studded affair. Fans can expect more twists, turns, and supernatural elements as the series continues to explore the world of Wednesday Addams and her classmates at Nevermore Academy.

Lady Gaga will be joining the cast of the popular Netflix series “Wednesday” for its second season, although her character has not yet been revealed. The news of her casting has generated a lot of excitement and anticipation among fans of the show.

In addition to Lady Gaga, the cast revealment clip also announced the return of several other key cast members for the upcoming season. Jenna Ortega will reprise her role as Wednesday Addams, while Emma Myers will return as Enid Sinclair. Moosa Mostafa, Georgie Farmer, Joy Sunday, Naomi J. Ogawa, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Fred Armisen, Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo, and Jamie McShane will also be back to continue their roles in the series.

Joining the returning cast members are some new faces, including Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, Joanna Lumley, Thandiwe Newton, and Christopher Lloyd. Buscemi will play Barry Dort, a mysterious character rumored to be the new headmaster of the Nevermore Academy. Piper will portray a character named Capri, while Lumley will take on the role of Grandmama. Newton will play Dr. Fairburn, and Lloyd’s character is still unknown.

Other additions to the cast include Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah Taylor, Frances O’Connor, Haley Joel Osment, Heather Matarazzo, and Joonas Suotamowill. The co-showrunners, Miles Millar and Al Gough, expressed their excitement about the diverse talent that has been assembled for the new season.

Unfortunately, Percy Hynes White will not be returning to the show as Xavier Thorpe due to allegations of sexual assault that surfaced on social media in 2023.

While there is no full trailer for the second season yet, Netflix has released an announcement teaser that gives fans a glimpse of what to expect in the upcoming episodes. As fans eagerly await the premiere of “Wednesday” season 2, they can also explore other dark fantasy series like Dead Boy Detectives and The Sandman.
