Joel Dahmen, a one-time PGA Tour winner currently ranked 145th in the world, missed out on qualifying for the 2025 PGA Championship. However, he seems to be looking for a tee time at a different club, not for himself but for a friend who he claims is a good player and a lot of fun.

Dahmen took to social media on Tuesday, May 13, to reach out to his followers with a query, asking if anyone needed a fourth player at Oakland Hills Golf Club. In a follow-up post, he also mentioned that Detroit Golf Club would be a great option.

The golfer’s recent performance at the Myrtle Beach Classic resulted in another missed cut, marking his eighth missed cut of the 2025 PGA Tour season. Dahmen has not played in any major championships since 2019 and has struggled to make an impact in the few starts he had prior to that.

Reflecting on his performance in the PGA Tour 2025 season, Dahmen has participated in 15 events, making only six cuts. He managed to secure three top-ten finishes, with a notable runner-up position at the Corales Puntacana Championship.

Here’s a breakdown of Joel Dahmen’s performance in the PGA Tour 2025 season:

– Sony Open in Hawaii: CUT
– The American Express: CUT
– Farmers Insurance Open: T9
– WM Phoenix Open: CUT
– Mexico Open at VidantaWorld: T6
– Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches: T32
– The Players Championship: T54
– Valspar Championship: CUT
– Texas Children’s Houston Open: T18
– Valero Texas Open: CUT
– Corales Puntacana Championship: T2
– Zurich Classic of New Orleans: CUT
– THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson: CUT
– ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic: CUT

As Dahmen continues to strive for better results on the PGA Tour, his search for a tee time at Oakland Hills Golf Club for his friend showcases his friendly and supportive nature within the golfing community. Despite facing challenges in his recent performances, Dahmen remains determined to improve and make his mark in the competitive world of professional golf.
