America Lopez and Cory Wurtenberger — Season 25

Starting off as a potential “fauxmance” or “flirtmance,” America and Cory’s relationship on Big Brother quickly evolved into something genuine. Their deep conversations and close bond captured the hearts of many fans, leading to the creation of the couple moniker “AmeriCory.” The pair shared their first kiss in September 2023, solidifying their romantic connection.
Despite facing eviction together in October 2023, Cory was voted out, followed by America’s elimination in a Double Eviction a week later. However, both remained optimistic about their future outside the game, expressing their commitment to making their relationship work beyond the confines of the Big Brother house.
As of July 2024, America and Cory are happily cohabitating in Nashville, having taken the next step in their relationship by moving in together. Their journey from a reality show romance to real-life partners has been filled with love, laughter, and the excitement of building a future together.
Reflecting on their time apart and eventual reunion, America shared, “After two weeks apart, I was like, ‘This sucks. Let me move to Nashville.’ I moved here January 1 and I got my own apartment. He lived down the street at his dorm. We did that for like five months and then he moved in after last semester. We’ve been living together for three or four months.”
