The highly anticipated new season of the popular tabletop actual play series “Dimension 20” has just released its first full trailer, titled “Cloudward, Ho!” In this new season, fans can expect to see the return of game master Brennan Lee Mulligan and the beloved Intrepid Heroes cast.
The storyline of “Cloudward, Ho!” follows the Intrepid Heroes – Emily Axford, Ally Beardsley, Brian Murphy, Zac Oyama, Siobhan Thompson, and Lou Wilson – as they embark on a thrilling adventure in the fantastical world of Gath. Their mission? To search for the missing Professor Comfrey MacLeod and unravel the mysteries of this machine-filled realm.
Ally Beardsley takes on the role of Olethra MacLeod, a determined young woman on a quest to find her missing grandfather. She is joined by Van Chapman, played by Siobhan Thompson, a tough bruiser with a mechanical arm, and Marya Junkova, portrayed by Emily Axford, a soulful character marked by inner turmoil.
Brian Murphy’s enigmatic character, Maxwell, adds an air of mystery to the group, while Zac Oyama and Lou Wilson bring two yet-to-be-revealed characters to the rowdy crew. The trailer for “Cloudward, Ho!” teases a thrilling adventure filled with armored dinosaurs, steampunk elements, and underwater ruins, reminiscent of an “Indiana Jones” style quest.
“Cloudward, Ho!” marks the first Intrepid Heroes season of “Dimension 20” since the cast’s sold-out show at Madison Square Garden, where they revisited the world of “The Unsleeping City.” Fans can catch the premiere of “Dimension 20: Cloudward, Ho!” exclusively on Dropout starting June 4, with new episodes releasing weekly.
