Scott Galloway, a professor at New York University and a public speaker, criticized Joe Biden and his family for their “narcissism” and its negative impact on the country. Galloway argued that their insistence on Biden seeking reelection has severely harmed the nation.
Galloway went on to say that Biden’s legacy has been tarnished by this behavior, as highlighted in the latest episode of his “Pivot” podcast with tech journalist Kara Swisher.
During the podcast, Swisher mentioned that Biden had not undergone a test for prostate cancer in over a decade before being diagnosed with an advanced form of the disease recently.
Galloway emphasized that while there is currently a lot of sympathy towards Biden, he will ultimately be remembered as the person who “messed up and allowed an insurrectionist to be elected.”
Galloway’s perspective coincides with the release of a new book, “Original Sin,” by journalists Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, which delves into an alleged cover-up of Biden’s health issues leading to his withdrawal from the 2024 election.
Galloway also raised concerns about Biden’s judgment, suggesting that there should be an age limit for presidents and that the Democratic Party should respect the primary process as a crucial aspect of democracy.
He proposed that instead of immediately backing then-Vice President Kamala Harris after Biden’s withdrawal, the party should have organized a prompt primary to select a new candidate.
Swisher later advised Democrats to acknowledge that Biden “betrayed” them and move forward from the situation.
“Betrayal is a strong word, he screwed up. He screwed up, and we went along,” Galloway interjected.
