The Las Vegas Aces are gearing up to face off against the Seattle Storm at Climate Pledge Arena this Sunday. One of the main storylines of this match is Jewell Loyd’s return to Seattle to play against her former team. Loyd, who spent 10 seasons with the Storm, now finds herself in a new role with the Aces, where she is struggling to find her rhythm, averaging career lows in points and shooting percentage.

On the other hand, the Seattle Storm have started the season strong, winning two out of their first three games. Skylar Diggins has been a standout player for the Storm, putting up impressive numbers in points, assists, and rebounds. Nneka Ogwumike has also been a force to be reckoned with, averaging a double-double in points and rebounds.

As for the injury reports, the Aces will be without Megan Gustafson and Cheyenne Parker-Tyus for the game against the Storm. On the other hand, the Storm are expected to be at full strength, with Katie Lou Samuelson being the only player listed on their injury report.

In terms of predicted starting lineups, the Aces are likely to start Jackie Young, Jewell Loyd, Chelsea Gray, Kiah Stokes, and A’ja Wilson. Meanwhile, the Storm are expected to start Skylar Diggins, Alysha Clark, Gabby Williams, Ezi Magbegor, and Nneka Ogwumike.

Overall, the stage is set for an exciting matchup between these two teams, with Loyd looking to make a statement in her return to Seattle. Stay tuned for what promises to be a thrilling game between the Las Vegas Aces and the Seattle Storm.
