The show will delve into the romantic and tragic love story between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy, with Naomi Watts also starring as Jackie Kennedy. Production for the series has just kicked off in New York City, with a scheduled debut in February 2026, specifically during the week of Valentine’s Day.
In his Instagram post, Murphy expressed his excitement for the project, sharing some stills from the camera test and introducing Sarah Pidgeon as Carolyn and Paul Kelly as John F. Kennedy Jr. He mentioned that over a thousand actors auditioned for each role, but Pidgeon and Kelly were the perfect choices for the characters.
