False Bomb Threat at Trump Rally Investigated by Law Enforcement
Law enforcement officials were quick to respond to reports of a bomb threat at a recent Trump rally, only to discover that the claims were false.
Lt. Scott Skrynecki, a spokesperson for Nassau County police, clarified in a subsequent statement that the individual questioned by authorities regarding the hoax was a civilian and not associated with any law enforcement agency.
The suspect in question had no ties to the rally or any political event, according to Skrynecki.
Christopher Boyle, the spokesman for Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman, also dismissed the false bomb threats as baseless. In an interview with the Associated Press, Boyle stated unequivocally, “No. Ridiculous. Zero validity.”
