Regrettably, that is not the narrative we’re witnessing.
Democratic leaders persist in advocating for the rights of undocumented immigrants.
reported,
The Department of Justice under Trump has responded vigorously after a judge appointed by Biden seemingly disregarded the US Supreme Court’s authority. This judge has maintained that his order preventing the deportation of undocumented migrants to South Sudan remains valid.
On Monday evening, US District Judge Brian Murphy defied the Supreme Court’s recent 6-3 ruling that permitted the Trump Administration to resume deportations of illegal aliens to “third-party” countries.
The Supreme Court had granted the Trump Administration’s emergency application, effectively pausing Judge Murphy’s injunction against these deportations.
Yet, on the same evening, Judge Murphy reaffirmed that his previous order remains in force, stating, “The Court’s May 21, 2025 Order on Remedy remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding today’s stay of the Preliminary Injunction.”
By Tuesday morning, Solicitor General John Sauer had formally requested the Supreme Court to clarify its decision.
Isn’t it remarkable how vigorously some individuals are willing to champion the cause of foreign nationals with criminal backgrounds?
