Flash flooding in central Texas has wreaked havoc on several camps in the state, including Camp Mystic, an all-girls getaway where many attendees are still missing. New photos reveal the extent of the devastation.
The images depict buildings at the camp in Hunt, TX with walls torn away, and scattered items left behind.
Some of the beds inside the cabins are overturned and sandy water covers the ground.
Several vehicles, including a truck, were overturned, some resting against trees.
The swift waters necessitated quick evacuations, leaving behind clothes and other personal items.
Tragically, at least 32 people have lost their lives in the floods, with over 20 girls from Camp Mystic still unaccounted for.
Tragically, eight-year-old Renee Smajstrla is one of the confirmed casualties of the disaster.
