The recent Chesapeake Baysox game on July 4th was a festive event filled with entertainment and excitement. Between innings, spectators were treated to a bubble-bump competition, a moving violin rendition of God Bless America by an on-duty police officer, and a hilarious game where kids armed with pool noodles took on a guy in a bug costume. The game ended with a spectacular fireworks display, although the Baysox unfortunately lost 1-6, despite having opportunities to score with bases loaded. How did you celebrate Independence Day?
