Peacock’s highly anticipated “Friday the 13th” prequel series, titled “Crystal Lake,” has recently announced the addition of five recurring guest stars to its cast. Joining the series are Callum Vinson, Nick Cordileone, Joy Suprano, Danielle Kotch, and Phoenix Parnevik.

In the upcoming series, Callum Vinson will take on the role of a young Jason Voorhees, appearing alongside lead actress Linda Cardellini, who will portray Jason’s mother, Pamela. The additional guest stars include Nick Cordileone as Ralph, Joy Suprano as Rita, Danielle Kotch as Claudette, and Phoenix Parnevik as Barry.

The show will also feature series regulars William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins, and Gwendolyn Sundstrom. While specific plot details are being kept under wraps, it has been revealed that “Crystal Lake” will explore Pamela’s life leading up to the events of the original “Friday the 13th” movie. The series was initially greenlit by Peacock in 2022.

Brad Caleb Kane has taken on multiple roles for the series, serving as creator, writer, showrunner, and executive producer since August 2024. A24 is also on board as an executive producer. Victor Miller, the writer of the original film in the franchise, remains involved as an executive producer alongside Marc Toberoff, Robert M. Barsamian, Robert P. Barsamian, Stuart Manashil, and Tyson Bidner. Michael Lennox will direct the first three episodes, with Celine Hind, Logan George, and Quyen Tran directing subsequent episodes. A24 is the studio behind the production.

Each of the guest stars brings a unique talent to the series, with Vinson represented by Rebel Creative Group & Innovative Artists, Cordileone by DGRW, Suprano by Amplified, Kotch by Paradigm and Stagecoach Entertainment, and Parnevik by Madhouse Talent Management and BRS / Gage.
