Former Bravo reality TV star, Diamond Tankard, made headlines after allegedly attacking a customer at a Tennessee Walmart with a sock filled with rocks and stealing her iPhone and Louis Vuitton handbag. The incident took place at a Walmart in Antioch, just 7 miles away from Nashville International Airport.

Tankard, known for her appearance on “Thicker Than Water” as gospel producer Ben Tankard’s granddaughter, approached the victim from behind in the self-checkout lane and grabbed her hair. Security footage and onlooker recordings captured the violent attack, showing Tankard in a pink shirt and camo pants yanking the victim’s hair and delivering punches before taking her to the ground. Tankard’s friends can be heard encouraging her to continue the assault as bystanders try to intervene.

During the altercation, Tankard pulled out a sock filled with rocks and struck the victim in the face. The victim’s grandmother reported that Tankard used the sock to hit her granddaughter, resulting in a significant gash above her left eye. The victim was later taken to a medical center for stitches by Nashville EMS.

Following the assault, Tankard was seen picking up items off the ground, including the victim’s iPhone and Louis Vuitton handbag, which she allegedly stole. Walmart provided security footage of the attack, corroborating the victim and her grandmother’s statements.

Tankard was subsequently arrested and charged with theft of property and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She was released on a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on August 22. This incident is not the first brush with the law for Tankard, as she was previously charged with attempted first-degree murder for striking a woman with her vehicle in a separate incident.

Tankard’s appearance on Bravo’s “Thicker Than Water” showcased her family life in Murfreesboro, Tenn., alongside her grandfather, a former NBA player turned gospel-jazz music producer. The reality show aired from 2013 to 2016, with Tankard featuring in all 27 episodes. Tankard’s recent actions have raised questions about her behavior and legal troubles, prompting concerns about her future in the entertainment industry.
