Gucci Hosts Elegant Garden Dinner to Celebrate Latest GG Monogram Campaign
Gucci once again made a statement in the East End with a chic garden dinner held at LDV at The Maidstone Hotel & Restaurant on Saturday evening. The event was a special celebration of the House’s newest GG Monogram campaign featuring the stunning Emily Ratajkowski. The guest list included notable figures like Sarah Pidgeon, Havana Rose Liu, Molly Sims, Tyrell Hampton, Derek Blasberg, Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, and Leandra Medine, who gathered for a golden hour cocktail party followed by a delightful alfresco feast.
Ratajkowski expressed her excitement about being a part of Gucci’s new chapter while paying homage to the brand’s legacy through the monogram. The campaign, captured by photographer Daniel Arnold, follows Ratajkowski’s journey from the glamour of Cannes to the serenity of the seaside, all while showcasing the iconic GG Monogram. The spotlight was on the newly unveiled Gucci Giglio handbag, which made its debut at the Cruise 2026 show in Florence.
The evening at The Maidstone’s picturesque garden was filled with trays of delectable mini lobster rolls and refreshing Limoncello Spritz for guests to enjoy. The dinner featured mouthwatering lemon and dill branzino or morel mushroom gnocchi served with a side of fresh market salad, presented family-style at tables adorned with vases of irises. Each guest was gifted a bouquet wrapped in Gucci-embossed paper as a parting gesture.
Throughout the evening, Ratajkowski was seated next to photographer Tyrell Hampton, while Sarah Pidgeon engaged in lively conversations with Calum Harper. The wine flowed freely, eventually giving way to espresso martinis, possibly inspired by the delightful soft serve dessert. Jon & Vinny’s introduced their signature cones to the East End for the first time, offering Eureka Lemon and Tahitian Vanilla swirls at the Gucci East Hampton boutique all weekend. Ratajkowski herself made an appearance on Saturday afternoon, indulging in the limited-edition treat with her Giglio bag by her side.
The night was free of speeches and formalities, allowing guests to simply revel in the beauty of a perfect summer evening while celebrating the rich history of Gucci and looking forward to its promising future.
