Trump Considers Pardoning Epstein to Divert Attention

The latest rumors circulating among insiders suggest that President Trump is considering pardoning Jeffrey Epstein to divert attention away from himself. The timing of the potential pardon is seen as “perfect” by those in the know, as it could create a major distraction from the ongoing scrutiny surrounding Epstein and his alleged crimes.

Trump has been under fire for his connections to the disgraced financier and accused sex trafficker. In an effort to distance himself from Epstein, Trump has even gone as far as shifting the blame onto former presidents, notably Bill Clinton.

During a press conference in Scotland on Monday, July 28, Trump claimed that he had turned down an offer to visit Epstein’s private island. Instead of focusing on his own ties to Epstein, Trump urged the media and the public to shift their attention to Clinton, alleging that he had visited the island numerous times.

“I never went to the island, and Bill Clinton went there supposedly 28 times,” Trump asserted. “I never had the privilege of going to his island, and I did turn him down. But a lot of people in Palm Beach were invited to his island. In one of my very good moments, I turned it down. I didn’t want to go to his island.”

By floating the idea of pardoning Epstein, Trump is hoping to create a narrative that shifts the focus away from his own ties to the convicted sex offender. However, such a move could spark further controversy and backlash, as it would be seen as an attempt to protect a known predator.
