The gruesome crime scene photos from the home where Bryan Kohberger brutally murdered four University of Idaho students have been released by the Moscow Police Department. The images show the aftermath of the horrific stabbings, with blood spatters on walls, doors, and floors. The killer used a sliding door to sneak inside the residence, leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.

Among the chilling images are empty beer cans and red Solo cups scattered on the stairs, remnants of a beer pong game on a folding table, and handprints on a dirty window. The once typical college residence now bears the marks of a brutal massacre, a stark contrast to the usual scenes of a college party.

Surveillance footage from a neighbor captured Kohberger’s white sedan, later identified as his Hyundai Elantra, driving back and forth from the house. The photos depict a seemingly innocent setting of a messy bedroom with clothes strewn about, string lights hanging haphazardly, and empty beer bottles littering the floor.

One particularly haunting image shows the glass sliding door that Kohberger used to enter the house, highlighting the ease with which he carried out the heinous act. The victims, Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin, were senselessly murdered by the former graduate student in their off-campus residence.

Kohberger pleaded guilty to the murders and has been sentenced to life in prison. Currently, he is in solitary confinement at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution, where he will spend the remainder of his days. The release of these crime scene photos serves as a grim reminder of the tragedy that befell the University of Idaho community and the lives lost at the hands of a merciless killer.
