Nowhere In Middle East Israel Cannot Reach: Benjamin Netanyahu Warns Iran

Jerusalem:

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that there is no place in the Middle East beyond Israel’s reach. This warning comes in the midst of a series of strikes against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

In a video message delivered in English, Netanyahu directly addressed the people of Iran, cautioning them that their government’s actions were leading them “closer to the abyss”.

“With each passing moment, the regime is pushing you – the noble Persian people – closer to the edge,” Netanyahu emphasized.

He also highlighted that “there is nowhere in the Middle East that Israel cannot access,” emphasizing the potential consequences of Iran’s regime on the region.

Netanyahu urged the people of Iran not to allow a small group of leaders to shatter their hopes and dreams, emphasizing the dark path the current regime is leading the region towards.

Recent Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon have targeted the “Axis of Resistance,” a coalition of Iran-backed militant groups in the region. These strikes have also had implications in Syria, Yemen, and Iraq.

Following an Israeli strike in Beirut that resulted in the death of Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, Iran has vowed to retaliate for the killing of Abbas Nilforoushan, a top commander of the Quds Force.

Netanyahu expressed optimism for a future where Iran is free, envisioning a peaceful coexistence between Israel and Iran. He also mentioned that Iran would prosper like never before in such a scenario.

These statements from Netanyahu come at a time when Iran has stated that it has no intentions of sending additional forces to directly confront Israel. The Iranian foreign ministry spokesperson emphasized that Lebanon and Palestinian fighters have the capacity to defend themselves against any aggression.

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has also expressed solidarity with Hezbollah, stating that Israel is too weak to significantly damage Hezbollah’s presence in Lebanon. He called on the “Axis of Resistance” to support Hezbollah in the face of Israeli aggression.

Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian paid tribute to Nasrallah at Hezbollah’s office in Tehran, and Khamenei has vowed that Nasrallah’s death will not be in vain.
