The individual sought in connection with a random stabbing of a subway passenger at a platform in Queens on Sunday has been apprehended, as confirmed by NYPD authorities.
Twenty-one-year-old Luis Pallchisaca, a resident of Queens, was arrested on Wednesday afternoon. He faces charges of attempted murder and assault related to the alleged unprovoked attack on 25-year-old Roberto Gaspar, police reports indicate.
