The glitz and glamour of Hollywood were on full display at SAG-AFTRA’s 32nd annual Actor Awards in Los Angeles. The stars of 2026 graced the red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall, with Kristen Bell returning as host for the third time.
Leading the pack with a record-breaking seven nominations is Paul Thomas Anderson’s “One Battle After Another.” The political thriller is up for best cast ensemble, stunt ensemble, and all five individual acting categories. Close behind is Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners,” which garnered five nominations, including best actor, supporting actor, and supporting actress.
The competition for best ensemble is fierce, with “One Battle After Another,” Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein,” Chloé Zhao’s “Hamnet,” and Josh Safdie’s “Marty Supreme” all vying for the top spot alongside “Sinners.”
In the best actor category, Michael B. Jordan and Leonardo DiCaprio will represent their respective films, while other nominees include Timothée Chalamet, Ethan Hawke, and Jesse Plemons. Best actress nods went to Jessie Buckley, Rose Byrne, Chase Infiniti, and Emma Stone.
Warner Bros. leads the pack in nominations with 12 nods from four titles, followed by Focus Features, A24, and Netflix.
On the television front, Apple TV’s “The Studio” dominated with five nominations, including acting nods for Seth Rogen, Ike Barinholtz, Kathryn Hahn, and the late Catherine O’Hara. Netflix emerged as the top network with 12 nominations, followed by Apple and HBO Max.
