All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is excited to announce its collaboration with DC Comics for an enticing two-issue comic book crossover event that promises to blend the thrilling action of professional wrestling with the imaginative world of superheroes.
Both AEW and DC Comics are part of the expansive Warner Bros. Discovery family, paving the way for a unique and dynamic partnership. The crossover will be crafted by the creative talents of writer Steve Orlando and artist Travis Mercer, accompanied by striking covers illustrated by Lucas Meyer.
Fans can look forward to seeing their favorite AEW wrestlers such as Mercedes Moné, Will Ospreay, Darby Allin, Jon Moxley, Swerve Strickland, “Hangman” Adam Page, “Timeless” Toni Storm, Willow Nightingale, Orange Cassidy, and Kenny Omega join forces with iconic DC superheroes. The roster includes Aquaman, Batman, Nightwing, Green Lanterns Guy Gardner and John Stewart, Hawkgirl, Zatanna, Wonder Woman, and Harley Quinn.
Together, these heroes will tackle a high-stakes mission to recover “the Big Galactic Belt” and avert an impending cosmic disaster, according to the official synopsis. To kick things off, a special preview edition will be exclusively available to fans during New York Comic-Con, where attendees can get an early glimpse of the anticipated crossover.
Beginning in 2026, fans can purchase the crossover comic at local comic book shops, on AEW’s official website, and at select AEW live events taking place across the country.
Additionally, AEW and DC Comics will team up to promote the upcoming DC K.O. event series, set to launch in October and featuring collaborators Scott Snyder and Javier Fernandez. Moreover, DC will serve as the presenting sponsor for AEW Full Gear scheduled for November.
