Alabama Police Department Gets Revenge on High Schoolers for Senior Prank
After a group of high school seniors in Alabama covered the town, including the police department headquarters, with toilet paper as part of a senior prank, the Heflin Police Department decided to playfully exact revenge on the Class of 2026.
Police Chief Ross McGlaughn promised to get back at the students for their overnight TP attack, which involved toilet paper covering the entrance, squad cars, and the roof of the police department’s main building.
Instead of arresting the pranksters, McGlaughn organized a special task force for an elaborate tactical operation, vowing to retaliate in full force.
The police department, with the help of community members and other law enforcement agencies, launched a revenge attack under the cover of darkness on October 29th, targeting the homes of several students.
Drone footage captured the officers flinging toilet paper rolls over houses and covering trees with the white bathroom tissue, showcasing their “mongoose-like speed and military precision.”
Despite the overnight weather causing the toilet paper masterpieces to quickly spoil, McGlaughn expressed pride in his team’s efforts, emphasizing the fun and community spirit behind the revenge.
The police boss saw the prank as harmless and even commended the students for engaging in such activities, highlighting the sense of community it brought to the town.
To help clean up the mess, the high schoolers began selling TP insurance to community members and established a “Toilet Paper Rapid Response Team” to assist in clean-up efforts.
The students welcomed the police department’s participation in their antics, viewing it as good clean fun that benefited the entire town and fostered a sense of community.
