Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI is just around the corner, and the WWE Universe is buzzing with anticipation for the action-packed show. As the go-home episode of Friday Night SmackDown aired, fans were treated to a preview of what’s to come at the special event.

One of the highlights of the show was a contract signing segment between Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes for their title rematch. The stakes are high, and both superstars are ready to give it their all in the ring. However, Triple H may have inadvertently leaked the outcome of the match during the segment.

It appears that the WWE may have subtly hinted that Cody Rhodes will retain his title and defeat Drew McIntyre once again this weekend. The American Nightmare gained the upper hand on the go-home episode of SmackDown, which traditionally means the wrestler will come up short at the special event. This pattern has been observed in the past, where the wrestler with the momentum before the event ends up losing the match.

While this leak is speculative and not officially confirmed, it adds an interesting twist to the upcoming championship match. During the contract signing, tensions ran high as McIntyre refused to agree to the terms unless an additional clause was added. He wanted to ensure that if Rhodes got disqualified or counted out, he would lose the title to McIntyre.

General Manager Nick Aldis was hesitant, but Rhodes insisted on the clause, and eventually, it was added to the contract. McIntyre continued to play mind games with Rhodes, mentioning his family and riling up the champion.

In a surprising turn of events, McIntyre outsmarted Rhodes during the segment, hinting at his game plan for Saturday Night’s Main Event. The Scottish Warrior dodged a title attack from Rhodes and taunted him with the possibility of winning the title via disqualification. The tension escalated as McIntyre delivered a devastating Claymore Kick to Rhodes, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.

As the two superstars prepare to face off at the event, all eyes are on the creative team led by Triple H to see how they will further build the rivalry and deliver an electrifying match for the Undisputed WWE Championship. The anticipation is high, and fans can’t wait to see who will emerge victorious in this epic showdown.

Stay tuned for more updates and analysis on WWE SmackDown and Saturday Night’s Main Event XLI as the superstars gear up for a night of intense action and drama in the ring.
