In Destiny 2, one of the missions to collect case files is set on the moon, aptly named the Luna case file collector mission. To locate these collectibles, the area must exhibit a red glow, indicating distortion. Fortunately, players can gather all files in one session, as these distortions last for an hour.
This guide outlines the specific locations you need to visit during the Luna case file collector mission.
Destiny 2: Locations of the Luna Case Files
1) A Tunnel in the Anchor of Light
Begin at the Sanctuary fast travel point on the moon and proceed to the Anchor of Light. From there, head right until you encounter a flight of stairs with a tunnel on the right side. Enter the tunnel to obtain the first case file.

2) A Communications Tower in the Anchor of Light
After acquiring the first file, use your Sparrow to navigate around the rocky terrain. When you spot a communications tower on your left, climb to the top to collect the second set of pages.
3) On the Back of a Crashed Vehicle in Archer’s Line
In Archer’s Line, follow a straightforward path, occasionally veering left when the path diverges. You will find this case file atop a pile of space debris at the back of a crashed vehicle.
4) Inside a Building on Archer’s Line
After securing the previous file, head in the opposite direction on your Sparrow to reach a large building. Enter and continue until you locate these pages in a small room inside.
5) In a Small Room in Hellmouth
To find this case file, fast travel to Hellmouth. Follow the marked path straight ahead, then veer right off a small cliff. You will see a small room where the Luna case file is situated on the right side.
6) Inside a Crashed Spaceship in Hellmouth
Exit the room and proceed right on your Sparrow. Navigate through the passage between two rocky formations, then turn left under the rock bridge. Continue until you reach the wreckage of a spaceship. Enter through the hole in its side and head right to find the final case file on your left.
