Former QB and Fox Under Fire: Lawsuit from Alleged Victim

Mark Sanchez is now embroiled in a legal battle following a stabbing event from Saturday night, with the accuser suing him and his employer.
The legal documents were brought to light on Monday, where delivery driver Perry Tole is pursuing charges of assault and battery against Sanchez, along with allegations of negligent hiring and supervision against Fox.

Tole asserts that Sanchez seemed to be intoxicated and provoked a dispute on the night of the alleged incident, stating he endured permanent disfigurement and emotional trauma as a result.
He reports suffering severe injuries specifically to his head, jaw, and neck areas.

Additionally, Tole targets Fox, claiming the organization should have recognized Sanchez’s history of problematic behaviors as grounds for his dismissal.

Sanchez was present in Indianapolis to commentate the Sunday game between the Colts and Raiders for Fox Sports, but was replaced by Brady Quinn following the incident.

Tole is seeking both compensatory and punitive damages in the lawsuit.
TMZ Sports initially reported that Sanchez was stabbed multiple times during the altercation. He is also facing serious felony and misdemeanor charges for battery, public intoxication, and unauthorized entry into a vehicle.
