Allison Mack has recently shared details about her past marriage to Canadian actress Nicki Clyne for the first time on her podcast, “Allison After NXIVM.” Mack revealed that Clyne didn’t initially like her due to her outgoing and boisterous personality. Both women were involved in the NXIVM cult, with leader Keith Raniere having a sexual relationship with both of them.
Describing their relationship as “sister wives,” Mack explained that they eventually got married in 2017 so Clyne could remain in the United States. Despite her mother, Mindy Mack, being horrified by the news, Allison went ahead with the marriage to appease Clyne and maintain their close bond.
The marriage between Mack and Clyne ended in 2020, with Allison filing for divorce amidst legal troubles related to her involvement in the NXIVM cult. In April 2018, Allison was arrested for her role in recruiting women into the organization, as well as charges of identity fraud and money laundering. She pleaded guilty to racketeering and racketeering conspiracy and was sentenced to three years in prison, serving 21 months before her release in July 2023.
Following her release, Allison found love again and remarried former neo-nazi Frank Meeink in June 2025. The couple had an intimate ceremony with around 40 guests, and sources shared that Allison was feeling hopeful and positive about her future.
