Antonio Brown, the former NFL wide receiver, is seeking to have a second-degree attempted murder charge dismissed using Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law. The motion filed by Brown’s lawyer, Mark Eiglarsh, claimed that Brown’s use of force on May 16, 2025, was justified as he believed the alleged victim intended to cause him serious harm. The motion was shared with ESPN by Eiglarsh.
