Former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Stars Katie Maloney & Ariana Madix Sued Over Alleged Restaurant Partnership

Penny Davidi, a former contestant on “Food Network Star”, has filed a lawsuit against former “Vanderpump Rules” stars Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix, alleging that the three of them entered into a partnership to develop and operate the West Hollywood eatery, Something About Her.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles County on July 18, claims that Maloney and Madix agreed to pay Davidi $7,500 per month in management fees, with the amount increasing to $10,000 per month in 2024. Davidi asserts that these payments were to continue indefinitely as part of their partnership agreement.

According to the complaint, Davidi was appointed as the “COO/Director of Culinary” and was responsible for overseeing all culinary and restaurant operations at Something About Her. She claims to have had a range of tasks, responsibilities, and authority in the management of the partnership.

It remains to be seen how this legal dispute will unfold and what the outcome will be for Maloney, Madix, and Davidi in their joint business venture.
