As an iPhone user, this is the big Prime Day discount I’m going for

This summer at the airport, I had to navigate a self-service kiosk to check my bags. Being just a regular traveler, and feeling utterly exhausted, I struggled to properly affix the label to my suitcase.

Suddenly, the conveyor belt jolted to life, forcing me to watch helplessly as my inadequately labeled bag slid away.

Throughout the flight, I alternated between reflecting on my label application skills and regretting that I hadn’t purchased some AirTags to track my suitcase’s journey.

So today, those will be my purchase, especially with the Prime Day discounts.

In the UK, Apple offers AirTags at £35 each or £119 for a set of four. Across the pond in the US, you can snag a single AirTag from Apple for $29 each or a four-pack for $99.

However, if you choose to purchase from Amazon UK today, you can get one AirTag for just £28 (or two for £56), a neat 20% savings. If you’re ready to invest a bit more, you can grab a four-pack for £84, marked down from £119, making for a savings of over 29%.

Meanwhile, on Amazon US, every AirTag is enjoying a significant discount of 31%: they’re reduced from $29 to just $19.99 per piece.

Plus, you’ll enjoy free shipping. Keep in mind that you may miss out on Apple’s engraving service, but since AirTags are best when they’re discreet, this isn’t a deal-breaker.

You’ll need an Amazon Prime membership to unlock this deal. Prime Day is happening from October 7-8, so don’t delay if you want to seize the opportunity.

AirTags prove to be incredibly useful, providing peace of mind at airports and also helping track adventurous pets, safeguarding valuable handbags or wallets, or keeping tabs on lost keys.

To use an AirTag, you need an iPhone or iPad, though some older models may not be compatible. A compatible device would be any iPhone SE, iPhone 6s, or newer, as well as an iPod touch (7th generation) running iOS 14.5 or later. For iPads, you’ll need the iPad Pro, iPad (5th generation or later), iPad Air 2 or later, or iPad mini 4 or later with iPadOS 14.5 or higher.

Don’t miss out on other great Prime Day offerings. Check out our editors’ selections in our Prime Day round-up.
