Prior to joining Banijay Rights, Wilson served as the head of acquisitions for branded services at BBC Studios in Australia and New Zealand. With a career spanning over 15 years in the international television industry, Wilson brings a wealth of experience in sales, acquisitions, and branded services to her new position.

At Banijay Rights, Wilson will be managing the company’s extensive catalogue, which includes over 205,000 hours of content. She will be reporting to Lyle Bettson-Barker, the Senior Vice President for Australia and New Zealand.

Bettson-Barker expressed his confidence in Wilson, stating, “With more than 15 years’ experience in the international television industry, Lottie is one of those rare executives with ample experience across sales, acquisitions, and branded services.”

In response, Wilson commended Banijay Rights for its innovative approach to business and expressed her excitement about joining the industry-renowned team.

Under the leadership of CEO Cathy Payne, Banijay Rights boasts a diverse portfolio that includes popular formats like “Survivor,” “Big Brother,” and “MasterChef,” as well as acclaimed scripted shows such as “Peaky Blinders” and “Black Mirror.”
