Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has initiated a robust campaign against former special prosecutor Jack Smith, alleging his involvement in what she terms FBI espionage against eight Republican senators in the wake of the 2020 elections. This controversy has escalated to a formal request for Smith’s disbarment.
đš BREAKING: Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is advancing efforts to DISBAR Jack Smith following revelations of FBI surveillance on GOP senators after the 2020 elections.
“Iâm drafting a letter to the DC Bar, a complaint that deserves swift action. He should be DISBARRED,â

“Iâm drafting a letter to the DC Bar Association, a complaint that deserves swift action. He should be DISBARRED,â Blackburn proclaimed during an assertive interview with Fox News, noting that this is merely the “FIRST step” in her plan of action.
The catalyst for Blackburn’s stance emerged earlier this week, when the Senate Judiciary Committee, led by Republican Chuck Grassley (R-IA), unveiled a declassified FBI document detailing the “Arctic Frost” operation.
This investigation, which commenced in April 2022 and later fell under Smith’s purview in November, scrutinized toll dataâessentially call and location recordsâbelonging to key senators including Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Ron Johnson (R-WI), and others, including Blackburn herself.
The analysis, sanctioned by FBI supervisors, encompassed calls made around January 6, 2021, seemingly to track interactions with Trump allies amid the false electors scheme.
Senator Grassley shared a redacted document on X, indicating that the Biden administration’s FBI had indeed surveilled Republican senators as part of a purported weaponization effort spearheaded by Smith:
This document confirms that the Biden FBI spied on eight of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into alleged “election conspiracy” â which later informed Jack Smith’s case against Trump.

Blackburn, directly implicated in the allegations, recently received a briefing from FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and Director Kash Patel, and she expressed her outrage: “This is an abomination. I was made aware of this shocking misuse of the FBI under Jack Smith’s command. I will not stand for it.”
In a passionate video posted on her X account, the senator passionately declared: “We know this is ILLEGAL. Itâs a violation of our rights. Jack Smith will have to ANSWER for this.” The clip, which lasts over a minute, reflects her fury and has garnered substantial viewership.
This scandal transcends party lines, evoking memories of the social media suppression seen pre-2020 and raising critical questions about the âSpeech or Debateâ clause in the Constitution, designed to shield legislators from governmental overreach.
This incident embodies an unconstitutionally flawed attack by Biden against those Republican champions of liberty; the records in question were acquired through a grand jury in 2023, yet Republicans label the endeavors as “politically motivated.”
Patel shared his perspective via X:
We have uncovered evidence that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political motives.
That abuse of power ends now.
Under my leadership, the FBI will pursue truth and accountability, never again using its power against the American populace. pic.twitter.com/VuU8O68zCG

Should Blackburn’s initiative to disbar Smith be successful, it could trigger an investigation by the DC Bar Association into ethical breaches.
With her determined approach as a constitutional custodian, Blackburn remains unflinching: she promotes “unending repercussions” for this “abuse of power that shall not go unacknowledged,” escalating the stakes through her formal complaint aiming for Smith’s lifetime disbarment.
As Patel leads the charge and Congress amplifies its inquiries, the promise of groundbreaking disclosures may unravel the left’s intricate schema.
Bidenâs administration, now laid bare in its authoritarian essence, confronts not only its Watergate moment but also the era of accountability led by Blackburn and Patelâarmed with tenacity. The truth, at long last, will find its voice.
