Brittany Cartwright has recently embarked on an exciting transformation… TMZ reports that she opted for a complete mommy makeover.

The “Valley” actress revealed her big news over the weekend by sharing a post-operative selfie where her abdomen is swathed in compression bandages, featuring two visible surgical drains filled with red fluid.

“When they suggested ‘let go of what no longer serves you,’ I took it to heart,” Brittany shared on Instagram. “Honestly, you all know I keep it real… and I made a decision. It’s something I’ve been dreaming of for years, and I finally took that step for myself. I couldn’t be happier.”

She mentioned that she’s “still in recovery,” but already feels “stronger (and lighter) every day,” hinting at sharing more details soon.

Brittany’s representative, Lori Krebs, informed TMZ that, “This was an aspiration Brittany had for herself for a long time, and she finally took the plunge. Her ‘mommy makeover’ signifies a powerful new chapter in her journey of self-confidence, healing, and personal growth.”

Brittany sought the expertise of Dr. Payman Danielpour and Dr. John Layke at the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group.

She plans to discuss the details of her procedure and recovery on this Friday’s episode of her podcast, “When Reality Hits with Brittany Cartwright.”
