Brown University sophomore says this is the second school shooting she has survived

A 20-year-old sophomore at Brown University, Zoe Weissman, who survived the 2018 school shooting in Parkland, Florida, expressed deep anger and shock after experiencing another gunman on her campus.

“I’m really angry. I’m really angry that this is happening to me all over again. And I’m just in shock,” Weissman told MS NOW.

Recalling the tragic shooting that took the lives of 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Weissman said, “I think mentally I feel like I’m 12 again. This feels exactly how I felt in 2018.”
