Greg Goodfried Joins CAA as Agent in Creators Division
After working with top names such as Charli D’Amelio, Jennifer Lopez, and Bethany Frankel, Greg Goodfried, a seasoned digital-entertainment veteran, has made a significant career move by joining CAA as an agent in its Creators division. In this new role, Goodfried will be representing digital influencers, podcasters, and other talent navigating the realms of social media, mobile platforms, and various content formats.
Aside from talent representation, Goodfried will also focus on developing digital strategies for CAA clients across multiple divisions within the agency, including film, music, television, sports, and more.
Prior to his current position, Goodfried founded DamGood Management in 2023 following his roles as president of D’Amelio Family Enterprises and as a digital media agent at UTA. He was also a co-founder of EQAL, a digital content studio known for its innovative digital publishing and video strategies for brands and artists, such as Lauren Conrad. EQAL was eventually acquired by Everyday Health, a division of Ziff Davis, in 2013.
Brent Weinstein, head of CAA Creators, praised Goodfried’s track record of innovation in the digital and creator landscape, citing him as a trusted business partner and friend for over two decades. Weinstein expressed excitement about Goodfried’s potential to drive impactful initiatives for clients and partners at CAA.
Joining Goodfried at CAA Creators is Jamie Guggenheim, who previously served as a manager at DamGood Management. Together, they aim to further enhance the agency’s offerings in talent representation and digital strategy.
CAA Creators specializes in sales, advisory services, and corporate development, catering to digital video and audio creators, marketers, corporations, and investors. The division represents a roster of prominent creators, including Amelia Dimoldenberg, Quen Blackwell, Meredith Duxbury, iShowSpeed, Haley Kalil, Trisha Paytas, and Liza Koshy. In recent months, CAA Creators has signed on notable figures like Dhar Mann, Jesser & Bucketsquad, Rhett & Link of Mythical Entertainment, Deestroying, and Airrack.
