Science-focused production company HHMI Tangled Bank Studios has recently appointed Emmy Award-winning producer, writer, director, and showrunner Chad Cohen as the new executive producer of development and production. Cohen’s role will involve leading the development and overseeing the production of groundbreaking science media that aligns with HHMI Tangled Bank Studios’ mission of public engagement and science education. He will be responsible for content creation across various platforms, including documentaries, series, podcasts, games, and social media.

His work included projects such as the multi-Emmy winning “Trafficked with Mariana van Zeller” and films like “Titanic: The Digital Resurrection” and “Expedition Amazon.” With over 20 years of experience, Cohen has collaborated with renowned brands such as PBS, Smithsonian, and the Discovery Channel.
